How to Build Dart Board – DIY Vintage Dartboard

If you have a garage that you use more than just a garage to park your cars, you need a dart board. It’s one of the quickest and easiest games to install and if you’re like me, you cant just have a plain dart board sitting on the wall. With a little wood and some extra time you can make it look good!

For this dart board I used left over pallet planks.

I built the frame first, then attached the pallet planks.

Frame
2 – 28″ pallet boards 1×4
2 – 31″ pallet boards 1×4

8 – 31″ pallet boards (pallets come in all different sizes, you might have to change things up to fit your needs on this one.)

Whole dimensions 28 1/2 X 31

2 – 28″ 1×3 or 1×4 boards This will used to secure the pallet boards together

Attach frame using 2 screws per board, pre-drilling recommend to avoid splitting.

Attach frame to pallet board backing

Drill small holes to hold your darts when your not playing.

Rigged up a light system….
